Speed/Agility/Quickness & Conditioning Runs at UAlbany (Turf Field): 1:30 to 2:30pm
Open to all student/athletes and will be conducted on the below listed dates. If it is snowing or raining the runs will be canceled. To check if the runs are canceled you can call No Limits Fitness (765-4000).
There is No Charge for these sessions.

Congratulations to Ethan Mackey #45 and the Voorheesville "Blackbirds" Boy's Basketball Team on defeating Stillwater (52-63) with Ethan again leading the way with 23 points. The "Blackbirds" had a disappointing loss to a non-conference opponent, Hudson Falls in the "Championship Round" of the Saratoga Catholic Holiday Tournament (64-47).....Ethan again led the "Blackbird" with 15 points. Ethan is now ranked #10 in the Top 100 "area basketball players" for "points per game".........The "Blackbirds" continue to lead the Colonial Council with an undefeated record in "conference"!!!!

    (M.D...better eat your "wheaties")

      Also focused on assisting my clients to meet their personal goals from losing weight, gaining weight, maintaining a "healthy" lifestyle, getting stronger, toning & sculpting, and gaining more flexibility.

    • University of Colorado "Buffaloes"  winning an NCAA Football Championship (not since 1999)
    • Yankees winning another  "WORLD SERIES"
